Washing instructions

To extend the life of our surgical caps please follow the instructions below:

• Preferably hand wash or use a delicate wash cycle with a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.
• Do not bleach or dry.
• To dry the products do not tumble dry, let it air dry.
• Not iron at high temperature, ie at maximum 110 °C and preferably without steam and reverse.
• The garment should not be treated with lye and should only be washed with a detergent for colored and delicate garments.

Eco-Friendly Products   :

The inks used in our fabrics are free of lead, phthalates and PVC.
Also, the inks used in our fabrics are free from harmful chemicals in pigments we use.
We do not use thermal transfer printing.
In manufacturing the fabrics or in the preparation process no chemical additives that could be harmful are added.
 We manufacture by demand so we do not waste resources and do not store products that are not going to use.

Information about shipping

The products sold on this site are sold by demand, this is, once the order placed by the customer, we will place the order to the corresponding local distributor or proceed to manufacture them.

However, we usually have stock of all our products but there may be breaks in stock and we should wait for them.

In those orders the delivery time may be increased in 5-20 working days.

From July 1 to August 31, this time can be increased in 10-15 working days. Contact us for more information.

Once your order is shipped, the average delivery time is 48 hours for shipments to the mainland (Spain) and 3-7 days for shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearics Islands.

For international shipments the estimated delivery time is 5-30 days, but this period may be extended for reasons beyond our control.

Shipments to the Peninsula will be made whenever possible by private courier company to attempt delivery on 2 occasions. If they can not make delivery on these two occasions will leave a reminder note with the phone number to which you must call to arrange for delivery or pick up your order at the corresponding delegation.
